Our approach is inspired by the Reggio Emilia model which sees children as capable and valuable individuals. It believes that children can learn and grow in many different ways, just like everyone else. They have the right to express themselves and learn through various methods, such as art, music, and playing. They also learn and develop by interacting with others. This approach values the importance of building relationships and understanding the unique abilities and potential that each child possesses.

Additionally, we prioritise our team's well-being, offering flexible work arrangements, life coaching sessions, and engaging team events to foster a thriving work-life balance.
Support for Communities
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond our centre’s to help ensure children have the necessary support to do their best learning. Treasured Tots hosts many events annually, from family picnics to information nights to centre events creating a strong bond among our Treasured Tots family and the local community.a
