Dear Educator,

In the vast landscape of early education and childcare, finding a place that aligns with your values and aspirations can be a journey of its own. As an educator with many years of experience, I embarked on that very quest—a quest that led me to create something truly special. Let me take you on a journey back to where it all began.

Perhaps like you now, I found myself on a search for an educational haven that mirrored my ideals and beliefs. A place where the values of love, creativity, and lifelong learning thrived. However, my quest proved challenging, and I realized that sometimes, you need to create the world you want to see. In 2011, the doors of Treasured Tots Early Education swung open, and a dream became a reality.

So why did I take this leap? It was the burning desire to establish a 'Home away from Home,' a place where children and families felt an irresistible pull. It had to be a place filled with laughter, where the air buzzed with energy, and creativity and learning were woven into every corner. An environment where educators felt valued, heard, and appreciated for the pivotal role they play in shaping the lives of our future generation. In my eyes, this is the most important job in the world.

Our commitment to our dedicated educators goes beyond words. We believe in showing our appreciation through various initiatives, with our annual end-of-year celebration being a much-anticipated highlight. It's a testament to the remarkable work they do day in and day out.

As a family-oriented organization, my husband Brock and I are blessed with three incredible children: Piper, Madden, and Navy. We understand the profound impact of children being connected with and loved by those who care for them. We recognize that play-based learning is the cornerstone of early childhood development.

To support our educators in delivering their very best, we prioritize their well-being and personal growth. Our partnership with Joh Graney, a Tony Robbins trainer, has proven invaluable in providing leadership training and guidance for a fulfilled, healthy, and happy life. We offer a suite of tools, from vision boards to DISC profiling, to enrich the professional lives of our educators.

But our commitment to well-being extends even further. We've introduced an in-house wellness program, facilitated by external experts, offering everything from on-site massages to engaging challenges and games. Our aim is to nurture the holistic well-being of our educators.

If you're curious to explore our unique organisation further, I extend a warm invitation for you to arrange a visit at your convenience. I personally work across all our services and would be delighted to meet with you. Your dedication to this vital work is truly commendable, and I look forward to the opportunity to meet and share our passion for providing exceptional early education and care.

With Love,

Simone
