Early Years Learning

Treasured Tots Early Education takes pride in our engaging educational programs across Mandurah, Bibra Lake, Fremantle, Piara Waters, Hamersley, Bennett Springs & Bicton. We're passionate about the daily learning journey for both children and educators in our nurturing environment.

We've integrated sustainability into our everyday practices, teaching children the importance of caring for our environment. Treasured Tots provides a space for children to explore themselves and the world around them.

Our educational programs are carefully crafted, blending children's interests, family input, community focus, and intentional teaching. While we offer structured educational activities, we also value the importance of letting children explore and discover through play. Each day in our care includes a mix of visual arts, singing, dancing, musical play, dramatic play, and various indoor and outdoor experiences in a safe and nurturing setting. Treasured Tots fosters independence and confidence in children, preparing them well for formal schooling.

At our centre, we shape our curriculum based on our values about children and childhood. Recognising each child's unique learning style, talents, interests, and needs, we incorporate current educational theories and practices. Our approach is embedded in children's strengths and evolving interests, offering meaningful opportunities for exploration, initiation, investigation, and collaborative learning.

We actively encourage family input through our OWNA app, "all about me" forms, and insights into what children are learning at home. Your contributions enrich our daily program, shaping it alongside the children's ideas and interests.

Our Educators follow respectful practices in their daily routines, aligning with the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) – 'Being, Belonging, Becoming.' This framework, tailored for children from birth to 5 years old, guides our programs, fostering play-based learning and helping children achieve specific learning outcomes.
