When mother of three, Simone, set up Treasured Tots she was determined to create an environment that both children and parents would see as a home-from-home. Our Piara Waters centre has been built from scratch, using specialist childcare centre designers to create the ultimate positive environment. From indoor spaces that are bathed in natural light to outdoor amenities that embrace the best of the outdoor world, children and staff co-exist in a truly harmonious atmosphere.
Crafted nutrition that’s both healthy and scrumptious
Children enjoy a menu designed in consultation with staff and families, following nutritionist guidelines, that fuels both physical growth and psychological well-being. We can, of course, accommodate cultural requirements, allergies and any individual dietary needs your child may have.
An extension of the family home
Just as your house has places to work, eat and relax, so our centre also has distinct areas. From group learning space to chill-out zones, an art studio to the wonders of the outdoor world, children love spending time in our centre – a happy place filled with everything needed to explore, learn and stimulate their ever-growing curiosities.
Our piece de resistance – a fabulous nature playground
Children get to take full advantage of Mother Nature and the balmy Australian climate in our secure garden and outdoor spaces. They help look after the pet chickens (egg collecting is particularly popular), plant and eat produce from the veggie garden, burn some energy in the playground or simply relax under shady trees. Adventure and exploration are actively promoted…!

About $17.24 a day if you get 90% CCS, $34.49 at 80% and $68.98 at 60%.
The daily fee is $172.45. It's under the 2026–27 CCS hourly cap (11.5 hours × $15.19 = $174.69), so CCS applies to the whole fee. Estimates are before the 5% withholding.
Since January 2026, CCS-eligible families get at least 72 subsidised hours a fortnight, whatever their work or study hours.
Three days a week at Piara Waters is 69 hours a fortnight, so it fits inside the guarantee. Above 72 hours, your activity test result sets your subsidised hours (up to 100).
Meals cooked on site every day and our Reggio-inspired program.
The menu is designed in consultation with staff and families and follows nutritionist guidelines, and cultural requirements, allergies and dietary needs are accommodated. You'll get updates in the OWNA parent app.
