At Treasured Tots' seven Perth centres, a full day of long day care costs $172.45 to $189.38 before the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). For a family on the top 90% CCS rate, that is about $17 to $32 a day out of pocket, before the 5% the government withholds.
What you pay depends on three things: your centre's daily fee, your family's CCS percentage (set by your income), and the government's hourly cap for 2026–27, which is $15.19 an hour for long day care. Treasured Tots' fees are for an 11.5-hour session, 6:30am to 6:00pm, with meals cooked on site.

What is a typical daily childcare fee in Perth?
Long day care fees in Perth vary by suburb, centre and how many hours the fee covers, so compare the daily fee and its hours together. At Treasured Tots, the daily fee from 9 November 2026 is $172.45 at Bennett Springs, Fremantle, Mandurah and Piara Waters, $177.74 at Bibra Lake and Hamersley, and $189.38 at Bicton, each for an 11.5-hour day.
What will I pay after the CCS on my income?
Your CCS percentage is set by your family's combined income. In 2026–27 it is 90% for incomes up to $88,520, and it goes down 1% for every $5,000 above that, reaching 0% at $538,520 (Services Australia). At 90%, a day at Treasured Tots costs about $17.24 to $32.16; at 80% (around $138,520), about $34.49 to $49.63; at 60% (around $238,520), about $68.98 to $84.57. Families with a second or younger child in care may get a higher rate for that child: Services Australia confirms your rate.
Why does the hourly cap matter for an 11.5-hour session?
The CCS is paid on your centre's hourly fee or the government's hourly cap, whichever is lower. For 2026–27 the cap for long day care is $15.19 an hour, so an 11.5-hour day is subsidised on up to $174.69 (11.5 × $15.19). Where the daily fee is above that, as at Treasured Tots Bibra Lake, Hamersley and Bicton, the part above it isn't subsidised and you pay it in full. That is why the gap at those centres is a little higher than the fee difference alone.
What is included in the daily fee?
At every Treasured Tots centre, meals are cooked on site and are included in the daily fee. The fee covers the full 6:30am to 6:00pm session, whether your child stays all day or not.
What is the 3 Day Guarantee?
From 5 January 2026, every family eligible for the CCS gets at least 72 hours of subsidised care a fortnight for each child, called the 3 Day Guarantee (Services Australia). Families where each parent does more than 48 hours of recognised activity a fortnight, or who have an exemption, get 100 hours, as do Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. With Treasured Tots' 11.5-hour day, 72 hours covers 3 days a week (69 hours a fortnight) and 100 hours covers 4 days a week (92 hours). At 5 days a week (115 hours a fortnight), hours above your entitlement aren't subsidised.
How do I work out my own figure?
Use Treasured Tots' CCS calculator with your income and days for an estimate. Services Australia sets your actual CCS percentage and hours, which you can see in your Centrelink online account through myGov. It also keeps back 5% of your subsidy each fortnight and settles the balance after you confirm your income: at 90% on a $172.45 day, about $7.76 is withheld, so you pay about $25 that day until then. These figures are estimates, not financial advice.
